We have had some windy weather over the past 24 hours here at our little townhouse. The weatherman said we got 7 inches of snow but you would have no idea because none of it stayed directly on the ground. It was like a hurricane last night. I opened the door to look out and see what was going on and the wind moved our kitchen chair!! Michael went to check on Finnean last night before we went to bed and he said Finnean lifted up his head with his eyes closed and said "windy." Michael told him it was okay and to go back to sleep-he did but he must have been thinking about how loud that wind was whipping by his windows! We had some pretty good drifts that Michael had to scoop out to get to work today. Thankfully Finnean and I are just snuggling inside all day! We plan to make cookies this afternoon and snuggle some more. Hope to get pictures of Michael scooping up soon! It did not look fun and the snow was much too heavy for a pregnant lady to be scooping :)
